Fejzulla Mustafa is one of the most well-known entrepreneurs in the beverage industry in Kosovo and the founder of the Royal Beverage company. Born on November 16, 1956 in Zhunica, Presevo, he completed his studies at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Prishtina, where he graduated as a mechanical engineer in 1982. He began his professional career as a professor at the Technical High School in Presevo, before dedicating himself fully to business and the food industry.

In 1994, Mustafa founded the company that is now known as Royal Beverage, starting with the production of soft drinks and carbonated beverages. Under his leadership, the company developed from a local producer into one of the most important companies in the beverage industry in the region. A key moment in this journey was obtaining the international license to produce the American brand RC Cola, which paved the way for the expansion of the portfolio and presence in regional markets.

Today, Royal Beverage operates with high international quality standards and produces a wide range of well-known brands such as RC Cola, Red Rain and Royal Crown Cola under the American license of RC International, where they have been in Kosovo and the region since 2004 and other brands such as Frostea, Royal Water, Bizon and other products for the local and international market. The company has continuously invested in modern technology, innovation, environmental sustainability and expansion of production capacities, positioning Kosovo on the map of the beverage industry in the Balkans and beyond.

Recently, Royal Beverage has launched the Trepika water factory, which produces natural spring water from an altitude of 2498 meters in the Sharr Mountains, in the Luboten area. This investment represents the continuation of the director’s long-term vision for sustainable development and products of pure natural origin.

For more than three decades, he has led Royal Beverage towards continuous growth, creating jobs, promoting local production, and building important international partnerships that strengthen the company’s position in regional and global markets.
